The Rolf Beeler Gruyère is a 18-months matured, artisan, raw milk creation by Switzerland's most famous Maitre Fromager, Rolf Beeler. It enjoys a woody, earthy and nutty aromas with little crunchy salt crystals throughout and a creaminess to finish.
